Crush Consulting was built out of real-world experience working inside the systems of government most small businesses struggle to navigate.
Founded by a former Air Force Crisis Response leader and a Director of Regional Planning, the company exists for one reason: to help capable businesses access opportunities that are often overlooked, misunderstood, or out of reach due to complexity rather than capability.
Through years of working in high-pressure environments, coordinating across agencies, and supporting local governments on infrastructure and funding projects, one thing became clear:
There is no shortage of opportunity. There is a shortage of access.
Many small and mid-sized businesses already have the skill, workforce, and experience to perform public-sector work. What they often lack is the time, guidance, or internal structure to identify the right opportunities, navigate the process, and position themselves competitively.
Crush Consulting exists to close that gap.
We work directly with contractors, service providers, and small businesses to simplify the process by helping them identify opportunities that actually fit, understand what’s required, and move forward with confidence instead of guesswork.
This is not a volume-based consulting model. We are selective in who we work with and focus on practical, realistic opportunities that align with how a business actually operates.
