Craig Usher
Founder Craig is the founder of Crush Consulting, a firm built to help small businesses access and compete for opportunities within the public sector.
He brings a unique combination of military leadership and real-world government experience. Craig served in the United States Air Force in a Crisis Response role, where he led operations in high-pressure environments requiring coordination across multiple agencies, rapid decision-making, and mission execution in dynamic conditions.
Following his military service, Craig transitioned into regional government, where he served as the Director of Regional Planning with a Council of Governments. In this role, he worked directly with municipalities, engineers, contractors, and state agencies to support infrastructure development, public funding initiatives, and long-term planning efforts. His work includes navigating procurement processes, coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects, and helping local governments move complex initiatives from concept to execution.
Through this experience, Craig recognized a consistent gap that many capable small and mid-sized businesses are not competing for public-sector work, not because of lack of skill, but because of the complexity of the system and lack of access to clear guidance.
Crush Consulting was created to address that gap.
Craig focuses on helping businesses identify realistic opportunities, understand requirements, and position themselves effectively, without wasting time chasing projects that don’t align with their capabilities.
His approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real experience on both sides of the process.

Stephanie Sherman is a driven and dependable professional with a strong background in client relations, organization, and team coordination. She holds both Bachelor's and Associate degrees and brings years of experience in professional office environments, including law firms, where she developed a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to every engagement. Stephanie is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting clients with consistency, and ensuring Crush Consulting delivers results that last. Known for her professionalism, determination, and approachable presence, she leads operations with the same care and precision she brings to every client interaction.

Sharon brings decades of financial expertise to Crush Consulting, having built her career from the ground up in public accounting. She began her professional journey at a CPA firm at an early age and has since developed broad experience across multiple sectors including nonprofit and church accounting as well as public school finance and administration. Her depth of knowledge across diverse financial environments gives her a practical and thorough approach to bookkeeping, reporting, and financial oversight. Sharon joined Crush Consulting with a genuine excitement for the mission and a commitment to providing the financial foundation that allows the team and its clients to grow with confidence.
